Women should know that if they exercise and lose weight, they also lose their breasts and nice bottom. Are there any exercises to just work out abs and legs without changing the shape of those other attributes?

I’ve seen stuff on guys in the military in movie’s but never women. Like they say there’s no doors on the toilets, is that true? Are there separate showers or is it just like one big shower. I wouldn’t imagine there being any bathroom breaks during exercises and stuff so how to you deal with [...]

Which exercise is safe for the baby when you’re more than 30 weeks pregnant? Something that would help lessen the aches and pains in the third trimester where baby is already getting heavier. And hopefully would help prepare you for birth.

I want something that’s going to give me example workouts (not just how to do single exercises) I can do at the gym. I’m not really interested in books that also have diet advice but those suggestions okay as long as the bulk of the book is about exercising.
