I know of a woman in her mid 70’s that lost 50 pounds without exercising. She said she just stopped eating much.
Another woman in her late 40’s lost 70 pounds and didn’t exercise and just ate less. This is what they told me. I thought without exercise you cannot lose weight.
Am I wrong??
