Anyone can answer but I really would like to hear from personal trainers or anyone who has experienced this type of situation before.
I was talking to a woman who said that she can achieve all her weight loss and fitness goals all on her own because she read some books telling her how to do [...]

Hi,

In fact I seem to be carrying more body fat in the usual problem areas for women (abs and thighs). I’ve been conscious not to overeat and am naturally slim person…is this just part of the process?? My fitness is greatly improved and the training is otherwise going well.
