			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My weight fluctuates because I eat five meals per day, and try to drink anywhere between 64 to 100 oz. of water.  I am 5&#8242;2 and weigh around 194-196 pounds.  I weigh before I workout (which is always higher because of all the food and water I have consumed up until that point), and I also weight right after working out (which is always 3-4 pounds lower than my original weight before the workout).<br />
They say we should drink at least 64 oz. of water and half of your body weight in ounces to lose weight.  I have been doing anywhere between 64 and 100 oz. of water daily.  How in the world can I tell if I am actually losing weight and if it is water weight and I THINK I am losing weight?<br />
I exercise 5 days per week (1 hour of cardio and 30 minutes of circuit training at a women&#8217;s gym) and don&#8217;t eat anything after 8 p.m.</p>

I&#8217;m just using those machines that show you how to do the exercise.  I would like to build and tone muscle, but not actually get bigger in size.  I&#8217;m currently a 14 and trying to get down to a 10.  Are there muscles or muscle groups that are easier to build than others?  My main purpose right now is to burn excess calories.  Should I concentrate on one area more than another?  Due to knee complications, I cannot to traditional leg press, or leg extension.  I can do a modified version of them on special machines as long as I am careful.<br />
