I went through a double mast. with immediate reconstruc -via tram flap. I think women should be informed that this is NOT an added benefit of a &#8220;Tummy Tuck&#8221; while undergoing a mastectomy. Whoever came up with that notion is sadly mistaken.<br />
It looks fine when you come out of surgery, but the rectus muscle is gone making it hard to tone up the abdominal region long afterward. I do have an abdomial mesh.<br />
I lost a great deal of weight after the surgery ( 40 Lbs) but my tummy still looks bloated ( Pot Belly) and I would like to find some exercise or something which I can tone it all up.<br />
The missing muscle makes sit ups impossible&#8230;.. Any SAFE Ideas??</p>

Is that why so many women just deprive themselves of food, because working out and toning can make you a little bulky looking?! That&#8217;s not an option for me, I like food too much.<br />

I want to gain weight and I want to do it through muscle, it&#8217;s the easiest way to gain weight and keep it (for me).<br />
 I have knee and wrist problems I&#8217;ve been working on, what exercises should I do to strengthen my knees and wrists?<br />
What exercises would you recommend? I gain muscle really fast. I am very lanky and long naturally, but I want a bit more thickness in my trunk. I need upper body and core strength that doesn&#8217;t require exercise that stresses my joints.<br />
I recently started using a xertube thing, it&#8217;s one of those stretchy tubes with handles on the ends. It&#8217;s really helpful and I&#8217;ve gained 2 lbs in muscle. I feel kinda stuck though, I want more variety in my workout.<br />
I don&#8217;t have a lot of money to buy things, so I&#8217;m looking for workouts that can be done with things around the house or easy to acquire that don&#8217;t take a lot of room.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey! Im a 24yr old woman thats trying to gain 15 pounds! I am just starting on this exercise world. So I thought I was ready to go. I set up a routine to work on my abs, legs, and arms, but somebody told me: what about back, chest and shoulders?<br />
I would like to know the exercises I could do for that muscle group. I didnt think of it, I thought I had everything covered lol. So Im really exercising at home, and only have dumbells. Are there exercises that combines two muscles group, say arms and shoulders, or something like that? Would you recommend something else, like a medicine ball or the other ball for this??<br />
I would appreciate links to videos where I can learn about this, since my knowledge is limited on this topic, thank you!!</p>
