Not unless you try so hard that you give yourself a hernia. Ab exercise is perfectly healthy and safe and is actually probably good for your internal organs, since you increase blood flow to your abdominal area.

It would be gret if you could give explanations for the advantages. And if you’d also like to fill us in on the ways to do it, when to do it, differences/variances across cultures, etc, please feel free to share but first what are the advantages of these Kegel exercises?
