Toning Legs, Abs And Arms.?
I’ve been working on toning up my body over the past 4 months now… and I’m really not getting any results. ><

I do aerobic exercise for an hour 3 times a week and lift 5-lb. weights for 15 minutes of that, but besides having some muscle when I flex them, my upper arms are still flabby. I am 68 and reasonably fit.

Most people, especially women have a hard time losing the flab on their arms. Do you know any specific exercises to help me tone down my arms more easily?
Don’t tell me to “stop eating” or “stop being a couch potato” because I DO eat healthy and exercise regularly.

for biceps do preacher curls or free standing dumbell/barbell reps.
triceps do cable pull downs or skull crushers (the name is worse than it sounds)
