			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have recently started the Atkins diet.  It has worked wonders.  I&#8217;m 5&#8242; 10&#8243;  and my starting weight was 210.  In the last month I have lost 20 lbs.  I would like to lose 30-40 more.  My concern is that I may be losing the weight a little fast and I&#8217;m worried about my skin sagging and not toning up.  I go to the gym and focus mostly on cardio.  I go 4-5 times a week for 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer.  I try to do weight training exercises 2-3 times a week.<br />
Most of my weight is in my tummy area and by the time I&#8217;m done losing most of my weight I don&#8217;t want any loose areas.<br />
I&#8217;ve heard that whey protien works but am unsure about which product to use.  I definitly don&#8217;t want to gain any of the weight back by taking a supplement.<br />
Can anyone suggest a fat burner or a lean muscle builder supplement I can take along with my diet and exercise program to help eliminate &#8220;sagging&#8221; and help tone the right areas? especially my tummy&#8230;..<br />
Is there anything specially made for women?</p>

I know pilates tones and lengthens your body so I only want to do pilates to tone up with 45 minutes of cardio also. Im 25 lbs over weight by the way. I have a toddler at home and cant go to the gym yet so I do all my workouts at home. Could anyone please give me a few sample Pilates exercises to tone my upper arms, buns, and abs? I am also eating very healthy, cutting out all white carbs and doing only whole wheat and lean meats and veggies, fruits&#8230;the whole nine yards. Ive been eating like this for a few months now, but just started to work out a few days ago with just cardio. I am now ready to add pilates into my routine. Thanks a lot everyone for your help!!!</p>
