1. should I check with a doctor First before starting any type of exercise ( even if it&#8217;s exercise around the house &#8230;. like : walking, biking, using weights, video exercise tapes ) ??<br />
2.  What type of exercises should I be doing ?? I don&#8217;t have the access to a gym, I would have to do these at home.<br />
3. What am I looking for as with losing pounds ( how many pounds should I be losing a week )<br />
4. do you think it is possible for a large woman to get fit and in time will actually look like she&#8217;s lost a lot of weight ???<br />
Right now, I do only a little of exercising ( besides walking ) due to I get tired REAL fast.  My arms and legs begin to tingle, I get headaches easier, heart rate is above normal.<br />
I did not Realize Just how Big I was until i looked in a mirror. Do you think the mirror adds pounds to your look ?</p>

- i have a lot of body hair. almost as much as a guy on my legs and thighs, even on my upper thighs. i have hair everywhere else too (arms, back, chest, tummy, bottom) but its really fine and not noticeable unless super upclose. its not in a male pattern like on my chest or stomach just fine hair all over.<br />
- facial hair on my upper lip and cheeks but none on my chin<br />
- i have a sharp adam&#8217;s apple? only noticed this a few months ago. i cant see it that much but i can feel it.<br />
- i have toned muscles especially biceps and calves even though i dont exercise<br />
- i dont have a &#8220;valley&#8221; between my breasts<br />
ive never gone to see a doctor about this because i dont &#8220;look&#8221; masculine at all (im 5&#8242;0&#8243; &amp; 110 lbs with a small body frame, i have a defined waist, average sized breasts, etc). ive had my period for 6 years and its always been perfectly regular and normal.</p>

Being around normal people just to hide my veracious desires burned my insides until there was nothing but a raw patch of tissue left. No emotion. No empathy. Watching others in pain was my only alleviation.<br />
I walked into my graduate courses with a steadfast pace, a silent demeanor, and an unapproachable gaze. I couldn’t wait to finish this ******* thesis. It was driving me to the edge of my mind. The hours couldn’t find their end quickly enough. I was always waiting. Waiting for things to end because they were never under my control. I was the victim of a clock rather than the victor. I knew 28 years old was too old to be finishing a master’s thesis. I was too close to the edge to be pushed with an iron boot of failure.<br />
I remember when it happened. When I lost myself completely. I walked into my history class the first day. I noticed her the moment I walked in. She had a complexion the color of ecru like no one I had ever seen, eyes the color of burnt sienna, and a head of glistening brown hair. She was wearing lovely French stockings with her legs crossed, black pumps glistening. I couldn’t help but think how much I wanted to see her legs on my wall. They were muscular, in shape, long in comparison to her shorter stature. She drove me absolutely wild. Those four months were complete torture for me. I wanted to kill her for making me feel that way. For making me want her. I stared out straight in front of me everyday and never spoke one word. Not to her. Not to anyone.<br />
Yet when I’d get home she would consume my thoughts once again. I would study write my papers, concentrate on my work. But every spare moment was dedicated to how I could get her into my bed. I wanted to love her until she died. Until her breath went away from suffocation. I wanted to choke her full of my desires.<br />
I dreamt of her so often it was disturbing. My sick and twisted sexual thoughts were now convulsing with an uncontrollable fervor. I couldn’t speak to her because I knew I would lose it. The fourth month of class was finally nearing its end. I had been able to keep my distance from her, even though those weekly three hours were more than I could bear. The nausea that drifted into my veins was overpowering. Once I even had the misfortune of sitting next to her. I could smell her, smell her sweat, almost smelled the inside of her. I wanted to rip her apart and eat her flesh. She was everything I had ever wanted. I wanted her. I hated her.<br />
I never once saw her again, but she consumed my thoughts like a slow maggot feeding at my psyche. I decided I had to see her, had to speak to her, had to face my fears. I hated her for terrifying me. For making me fear women. I e-mailed her and bullshitted about our course. I was surprised she even responded. I asked her out for a beer. She agreed.<br />
That day, I ordered her a beer before she got there. She walked up the street looking like the devil incarnate. I could see through her cotton pencil skirt and her red patent heels shone in the afternoon light, making a spectacle of her muscular legs. She smiled, said hello, and approached me to kiss me on the cheek. I remained stoic, barely returning it. She made me freeze like ice. She was a cold ***** and it was something I could sense. Her gaze was full of frigid fire. She glanced at the beer and as she ****** her head a piece of hair fell across her face. I just wanted to grab her. The rest of the conversation there at the pub and later at the wine bar seems like a daze to me now. I couldn’t pay attention to what came out of her mouth because all I wanted to do was bite its lips off.<br />
The moments I remembered the most were the ones where she discussed her exercise routine. It was refreshing to learn she was refining the masterpiece I hoped to some day take a chisel to; to sculpt her into my little permanent Venus de Milo. It was as if she were plumping up my chicken before I ate it. Her description of her workout routine turned me on. My hard on was raging the more she spoke. I couldn’t contain myself. I asked her to flex her legs so I could feel them.<br />
I convinced myself that if she let me, I’d rid myself of my doubts, my insecurities, and make my final decision; to end my torture; to kill her. As I awaited her response my childhood flashed before me. I remembered the first time I asked my mother to let me lick the batter off the cake bowl. Her rejection or acceptance at the time was life changing for me. To be robbed of a few moments of unbridled pleasure would result in an impenetrable perdition. I waited what seemed like hours and finally it came.<br />
She let me.</p>

Is running the right choice for me to get pretty model legs and what I heard is just bull? Or should I just starve. After what my friend told me I&#8217;m starting to believe that running is not good to have pretty legs. Did she do something wrong and that&#8217;s why her legs became big? Help I know I sound really stupid but I really want to know if running will work for me to get pretty legs.<br />

The conversation revealed that he is not attracted to me physically but is in other ways. He does not have any problems performing with me in bed, and we enjoy one another physically &#8211; he just has his eyes closed. I have asked him if he thinks about others and he has said no, he has been so honest about everything else that could potentially crush me I cant imagine why he would lie about that. He says he is focused on the feelings and knowing he is with me. He said it is not a priority for him to be attracted to his partner physically, that it doesn&#8217;t matter because he is &#8220;not that shallow&#8221;. He has said that he has only been with one partner who truly excited him with her appearances (she was a stripper) and that he did not want to repeat the experience of being obsessed with someone for their looks.<br />
He looks at porn regularly. He says he very rarely is attracted to someone physically and that it is difficult for him to find anything he likes looking at, but that when he does find porn that turns him on he enjoys the feeling. He has said that sometimes he will watch and be excited by one video one day, but if he returns to the same video he often is disappointed that he does not feel the same way.<br />
I want to feel like I am attractive to my partner, but at the same time am I asking for too much from him? If I want to become more desirable, how far is too far? He seems to prefer tan, thin women with long lean legs. I am a naturally pale girl who has hips but size 6/8 jeans &#8211; I am 5&#8242;6 I do have some cellulite. I am certainly not his type physically. I could tan and exercise/diet better. He hasn&#8217;t demanded this, and as he says my physical appearance is not an issue for him to enjoy being with me I am really at a loss. If this is important to me and not him should I do what I can to have him attracted to me physically so that I will be more fulfilled or should I just be happy that he cares for me in other ways and try to let it go?<br />
He has also suggested that as we grow together it is possible that he will grow to enjoy my appearances more(?).<br />
In all of my other relationships this part was not an issue, they all accepted my physical flaws as if they didnt exist and loved how I looked and complimented my appearances. I miss that! I can imagine people might respond suggesting I find someone else to provide me with the feeling of being desirable physically, but I am very happy with him otherwise and have found him/our relationship to be so much more fulfilling in other ways.<br />
They say all relationships are work, is this work that I should be willing to do? Should I feel bad for him that his ability to be attracted to women is so limited and indulge his porn watching and be supportive?</p>

I&#8217;ve recently decided to try and get muscle, and have started a few things like drinking Protein shakes and riding my bike to work, which is about 2-4 miles a day round-trip depending on the detours. Still, there are some things I need to know:<br />
- For a woman of my size, how much protein should I have daily to build muscle? The shakes give me 15grams and I do eat other foods with protein. Should I have more? If I had 30grams in drinks on average, how much and what types of exercises for building muscle would be recommended?<br />
I&#8217;m sure that riding a bike is more used to lose or maintain weight rather than build muscle, but is there a chance that riding three to five times a week will build muscles in my legs? Are there any other leg exercises that would be better?<br />
Any other tips for a lady trying to workout outside of the gym would be a great help. Thanks!</p>
