The Teacup Obession- Now A Disease Spreading To Other Species?

This is kind of in reference to all animals, though since it is in the dog section I will try and focus it. And yes, I am really asking questions here I want answers not just a place to vent!http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?…
Is the idea of getting a miniature version of an already small animal going to spread to everything? Why shrink down cats? What is next-teacup mice you can wear as earrings?!
Is anyone else disgusted by all the weird things people do to breed animals- teacup dogs, twisty cats (severely messed up legs, bred purposely by some dumb women- can’t even walk right – search for pictures if you want). Whats the worst you have seen lately, dog or otherwise?
What do you think people will be coming up with next to sell poorly bred dogs? Breed the handles directly onto the dog so you don’t even have to worry about putting it in a purse? Instead of the magical hypoallergenic -doodles and -poos, will there be claims of “hypocare” dogs that don’t poop or require any exercise or training?

I think the next “rage” will be retarded dogs. B/c people will think they are sweeter.

Munchkins aren’t teacups, they are achondroplastic dwarfs, like Dachshunds or Corgis. It is a mutation that breeders have capitalized on, much like breeders have capitalized on a short-legged dog. No one “shrunk” down the cats, they are normal size cats with short legs.
