I am a mom of 2, and I am trying to lose a lot of weight. I have been exercising and dieting for a month with no results. I need something to help that actually works.

the truth is pills don’t work! I am a mother of 3 and have recently lost 30 lbs and still going. You need to take a better look at your diet and exercise routine. If your not getting results then there is a reason. Try changing it up, do more cardio. Diet pills don’t work and are just bad for you! You need to give your body time, a month is nothing. It took your body longer than a month to put the weight on, give it time to come off. It just takes hard work and dedication.
i am just like you i have been eating healthier n excercising 5 days a week for about 1-2 hours a day and no results. that was for about 2 months and as of monday i started taking these pills called 2 day diet and already i went from 185 to 180. they give you the urge to drink lots of water and you have more bowel movements. i like them and their easy to take, you start of with one pill each morning before eating anything and after 3 days you take two pills each morning before eating.
I have never tried but my mom whom I watched lose alot of weight was on Alli the pills that are for weight loss she continues with eating healthy and working out while taking these and with in 2 weeks she lost 10 lbs. Just thought I would let you know know oh and she lost 45 pounds in 4 months.
