Will Taking Cytogainer And Exercising Assist Me In Gaining A Controlled Amount Of Weight In My Buttocks?

im a female and there arent many reviews from women this will be my first time using a weight gain supplement i was told that if i take weight gains and exercise i can gain the thickness i want in my butt and thigh region..but i worry about gaining excessive body fat…HELP!

    I have heard good things about cytogainer, but i would just stick with a standard protein shake. If u wanna gain good weight just eat alotta clean, healthy, protein-rich foods, stay away from sugars and simple carbs to avoid fat gain.
    Do alot of squats and other leg exercises with heavy weights
