What Exercise Equipments In The Gym Are Excellent For Waste And Stomach Trimming For Women?

You can spot tone but you cannot spot reduce.
In other words, if you want to tighten your stomach muslces, do situps and the like.
If you want to lose belly fat, you have to lose weight in general. There is no way to target specific areas of fat.

The toilet is the equipment provided for waste. It’s not much of a workout, unless you are straining. It’s never beneficial for your body to strain when passing a bowel movement. You should just relax. As for stomach trimming, you should stop eating so much, and stop spending quite so much time at the toilet getting it out, from either end.

There is a machine called the ab lateral raise. You get up on it and then raise your leg or knee. It target the lower 4 abs.

That would be “waist”…waste is something you throw away…
I workout at home, so not familiar with the machines much…but they should have some machine/device that helps you do crunches….those are a primary ab toning exercise…
