		<description>its depend on how much weight you have in your mind you want to loose honey... and take it easy its not a race you do exactly what you are doing and keep doing it even if you dont see results... I lost 40 pounds doing just what your doing and I started a year ago.. it helps if you cut down on red meats and eat raw veggies salads I am 70percent vegetarian I dont eat red meat or pork and I eat lots of brown rice.. IM DOWN TO MY WEIGHT BACK WHEN I was 30 and im 36 you are doing fine.. keep up doing and you will see results.good luck.</description>
