Toning Legs, Abs And Arms.?

I’ve been working on toning up my body over the past 4 months now… and I’m really not getting any results. ><
Well… I've went on for long enough now. u_u

    its depend on how much weight you have in your mind you want to loose honey… and take it easy its not a race you do exactly what you are doing and keep doing it even if you dont see results… I lost 40 pounds doing just what your doing and I started a year ago.. it helps if you cut down on red meats and eat raw veggies salads I am 70percent vegetarian I dont eat red meat or pork and I eat lots of brown rice.. IM DOWN TO MY WEIGHT BACK WHEN I was 30 and im 36 you are doing fine.. keep up doing and you will see results.good luck.

    For abs – Planks and bicycle crunches
    For Arms – bicep exercises on this site – http://www.about.com
    Back fat – only cardio can help so do 200 minutes a week
    Pilates and yoga – http://www.yogajournal.com
