Women should know that if they exercise and lose weight, they also lose their breasts and nice bottom. Are there any exercises to just work out abs and legs without changing the shape of those other attributes?

I do aerobic exercise for an hour 3 times a week and lift 5-lb. weights for 15 minutes of that, but besides having some muscle when I flex them, my upper arms are still flabby. I am 68 and reasonably fit.

skinny thighs and calves? my legs are big and largely due to genetics. Most women on especially on my fathers side are big women with big legs. I am wondering if it is possible to get skinny legs with exercise or am i stuck with them forever?
