What’s The Most Effective Way To Tone Up Just My Abs And Legs Without Losing My Breasts And Butt?

Women should know that if they exercise and lose weight, they also lose their breasts and nice bottom. Are there any exercises to just work out abs and legs without changing the shape of those other attributes?

I would recommend an electric muscle stimulator just hook the electrodes up to the area you want to effect and it will only effect that area love

    It’s all genetic.
If you want to lose fat, then obviously it’s going to take away from areas of fat, like the glutes or chest.
Though, maybe your genetics say that fat gets taken from abs and legs first then breast and butt second.
And no, there are no exercises that ‘tone up’. You mean doing cardio to lose body fat so you can see the muscles beneath.

Drink two liters-quarts of full – fat milk a day, and get on a very expensive stairmaster at a fitness club for two hours every day, keeping pulse rate up to maximum workout level.
The artificial hormones in the American milk (Bovine hormones) will build your breasts, the staris will firm your posterior, and the exercise will burn the fat.
I lost 40 pounds in 8 weeks while still gaining significant muscle mass, while on a 10,000 calorie per day diet.
    Exercise!

    Consult your local gym trainer.

Okay I won’t try to sell you something like someone above me, but I’ll suggest that you do crunches, situps and V-ups, the crunches and situps will help your midsection, the V-ups will help with the midsection and the upper legs. For legs, instead of doing squats which will reduce your tush while building muscle; I would do leg extensions which will add muscle to the front of your thighs and not use your butt muscles too much… you can do some leg curls for your hamstrings but too much will get the buttocks involved and you can lose the fat there. I’m no expert but have worked out many years and that is how my body reacts to those exercises.
    good luck.

A workout needs to be well balanced. There are specific exercises to help shape and firm breasts and butt. A trainer at the gym can recommend specifics for the individual. I’d take slightly smaller but firm over big and floppy any day.

If you do any exercise routine you will effect your entire body. There is really no way to focus on just one area completely.

Get a safety deposit box and store your breats and butt in there whilst you work on the abs – when you’ve finished, simply go back and get the deposited parts back. Simple, quick and effective!
