I Heard There Are Certain Exercises Women Can Do That Build Muscle?

under there breasts or something like that which lifts your breasts and can make them go up a cup size or something like that. I saw it on a commerical for a piece of equipment that was supposed to work these muscles. Is this true?! And how can I do these exercises without buying the equipment?

    Push ups will also exercise the pecs that is the muscels that you are talking about

    Lay on your back and put weights in each hand, extending them as far out to the sides as you can. Then lift your hands to where you are pointing straight up with your hands. Repeat this action for several minutes (15?) every other day. It should build the chest muscles under your breasts and push them out more.
