		<description>To tone up use light weight and high repetitions. And/or find a sport that you enjoy. the key is determination. 
FWIW I find the natural curvy look very attractive. Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder... ;)</description>

		<description>It is not that women&#039;s bodies have changed that much, but women now are less natural than they used to be, (women in those days didn&#039;t workout 24/7 and starve themselves like women do so much today).
To get toned up with a body like women from the 50&#039;s and 60&#039;s you should do basic exercises, like leg lifts, squats and pushups, (women back them just did the basics, not all the fancy pilates, yoga, and such).
