Will I Lose Weight And Get To My Goal Weight If…?

I do 20 minutes of toning exercises(lots of abdominal exercises and leg exercises) and 15 mins of cardio (walking fast,jogging and running on the treadmill) a day??? Im currently 170 pounds and 5′6″ woman. I am looking to get back to my prepregnancy weight of 145…or lower maybe. I only drink no calorie soda and water and i eat only 3 small meals a day, all before 6pm. i dont eat anything after 6pm. am i going to get to my goal weight of loosing 25 pounds within a month or two?

    sounds great!! here are some more tips..
    Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water…
    ————————————–…
    -replace coke with water or juice
    -replace junk food with fruits and veggies
    -use fresh instead of frozen or canned
    -eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS
    -try to get some of your friends to help
    -its hard doing it on your own
    -exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride
    -during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break and
    you can loose alot!
    -DIETS will not help you loose weight..they will just maintain the weight..they are half of the “Loose Weight Plan”
    You have to exercise for the other half..so every time you eat..wait 30 minutes then run or exercise!
    -make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks
    -DONT over exercise! take it easy and get used to it the first few weeks..then push your self to do more..
    -DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! :-)
    -Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! Blueberries strawberries rasberries are GREAT for you
    -Also Broccoli and Celery are great 4 u 2! these give you energy and nutrition

    Okay, here’s the deal. People generally will lose 1lb to 1.5lb per week when following a decent diet and training plan. So, I would not expect that much of weight lose unless you are losing muscle as well which is needed to keep fat off, keep metabolism decent, and promote overall health.
    I’m not going to go into details of this…there are no magic methods and diets out there. You will need to be consistent with whatever training and nutritional guidelines you use. Make sure to keep a journal (does not have to be complex) so you know how hard you are training and if you are progressing.
    Do not just weigh yourself, you should use another form of body measurement such as fat calipers, body tape for hip/waist ratio or electronic body fat analyzer.
