Best Workout Techniques For Women?

I have question. When I exercise I tend to loose weight instead of gaining weight and muscle. I don’t want to look like a body builder, but want a nice figure…I want to be toned. Thanks.

The weight you lose when you exercixe is probably mostly fat, leaving you with a toned body, if done regularly. Keep up that exercise at least three days a week for an hour at a time, or six days for 30 minutes. Change the type of exercise you do daily, and do it at different speeds.
