Weight Lift, Push Ups And Stuff Okay For Women To Lose Weight?

i mean doing such stuff will it build muscles in arms? i already hv fat arms.. so dnt wanna build up strong muscles..i only need to lose fat in ma arms an legs….dnt wanna use any pills as well…
any ideas….can u give me an exercise plan or something like dat??
i really appreciate any of ur ideas…

    lift weights, but other workouts help too (running, sit-ups, reverse-crunches)

    Weight lifting, pushups and “stuff” are great for women. Building muscles in your arms will make them smaller because you will be burning the fat of them as well as over the rest of your body. Building muscle works because muscles burn more calories just at rest than being fat does. “Building muscles” does not mean you will get big muscles, just that they will become what they are supposed to be, giving you nice looking curves and a healthier body. Pushups are probably the best overall body exercise. Combine that with walking a mile or two a day and you will see results.

    weight training is more for building muscle, not losing fat.
    if you to lose fat do cardio, jogging running, cycling.
    but u cant target fat loss to specific ares by working the muscle
