You need exercise to get your body ready for labor. Trust me, if you do exercise, even if it is just walking, it will help when you go into labor. Everyone, not only pregnant people, needs daily exercise as well.

If you don’t exercise you will not have the level of fitness to have a less pain filled pregnancy. Birthing just don’t put pressure on your cooch, remember you’re carryingaround a big bag on your waste for months so you need flexibility, strength and stamina to carry around the weight and eventually pop out the little one.
Let your husband do all the housework, focus on your light exercises
