Is Swimming A Good Exercise To Help Me Lose Weight And Tone Up?
I’m a 22 year old woman and I want to lose about 10 kilos. If I swim daily and eat well, will I be able to lose weight? Is swimming considered cardio? I also want to tone up but I don’t want to bulk up and get all muscley. I am planning on swimming daily as well as a few aerobics sessions a week, will these exercises make me lose weight? P.s I will be eating a healthy low-calorie diet also.

Yes! You will definitly get in shape doing this. I was on a swim team one summer in high school and lost twenty pounds, without dieting or extra exercising. Swimming is a great exercise becuase you work your entire body. Swimmers have nice lean muscles.
