Good Women’s Fitness Software – Track Exercise, Food, And Menstrual Cycle?

Does anyone out there know of any software that is a food diary, exercise log, and has the capability to track your period? Just something PC software or an online version is cool … I don’t have an I-Phone or Palm Pilot.
