Best Exercise For Women Who Want To Loose The Weight!!?

I am 23 and have had two c-sections (not sure if this matters when it comes to core exercises). I have started back at the gym this week and currently weigh 196lbs. I want to lose about 50 pounds. I am doing 20 mins cardio and about an hour weights. I also throw in some pilates and yoga during the week. Any other suggestions?? Turbo kickboxing?!?! also any suggestions on diet? ( i have cut out ALL sodas, fried foods, fast food (except subway).)

    If exercising is your big thing and you are dedicated and motivated, cardio of any sort is the best. Even when you are lifting weights, lift lighter amounts with more reps per set to get your heart pumping and your body sweating. I would say at least 20-30 minutes 5 days a week. When it comes to diet the best diet is no diet all. Diets cause you deprive yourself and meds can only be taken for so long, and many have side affects that are undesirable. The best thing is learning how to eat. I know it sounds funny, but it is true. In our society we have forgotten what a real serving size is etc.etc. The best thing that I have found is Weight Watchers. Most people think its a diet, but its really a teaching and learning tool. Plus it is the most versatile thing available. You can do it at home, online, go to meeting, you choose.
