    Pills are unhealthy.
Diet and a regular exercise regime is good.

Maybe you can try Alli, but I would say that gym and a steady diet should do.

    the eat right pill…
    Does wonders…
There’s really no “diet pill” that will help
go to a nutritionist or your doctor and ask what would be right for you

Depends on whether you’re looking to go with a prescription or an over the counter diet pill.
    Prescription wise, I’d say Phentermine.
OTC? Maybe Hydroxy Cut….I don’t know. I know all about Alli AKA xenical…stay away…stay FAR away…

The very best gym you can join is Curves. You will not need a diet pill. They teach nutrition as well as exercise. As a plus, you get many great ideas from all the others. Check them out @ http://www.curves.com Good Luck

Over the counter Diet pills dont work.
They did work back when they had ephedra and other now illegal compounds in them.
Modern diet pills are just big shots of caffeine and some herbal supplements that sound fancy but do nothing.
I’m an armature bodybuilder and I can assure you that while caffeine does help with weight loss, it is available much cheaper from other sources.
You can get 200 plain caffeine pills of 200mg for about 4 dollars online.
They will have 99% of the same effect.
Reducing calories slowly and steadily combined with regular exersise is the only way to lose weight.
If you drop too many calories too fast you will send your body into fat preservation mode and it will slow your metabolism signifigantly while decreasing muscle tissue.

pill doesn’t really work, cause all of they said only work if you exercise, and plus many elemtn you find in the pill is same thing from food or a good diet plan.
