Women’s Toning Exercise Program Question?

OK I have a few questions about exercising, I’m not trying to lose weight, I am slender already & have been going to the gym for a while but I’ve kind of lost track of my old routine.
Is it better to work diff. muscle groups once a week (arms & back one day legs the next or whatever)?
Or is it better to do a little of each every day or any other combo?
When you go to a full body workout class (I go to bodypump two times a week and pilates once) what should you count that as and how do you work this into your routine, this is what is throwing me off.
Should you work abs daily, this is what i have always heard?
AND one more, haha, how much cardio should you do and how many times a week? i love running so i love doing cardio.

    You don’t want to rework the same muscle groups over and over again. You need to give them 24 hours to heal. That being said, it would be good to do arms one day, legs another, etc.
    When I was at my fittest, my workouts were
    Upper body day one
    Cardio day two
    Lower body day three
    Cardio day four
    Upper body day Five
    Cardio day six
    Rest
    Lower Body day one
    Cardio day two
    Upper body day three
    Cardio day four
    Lower Body day five
    Cardio Day Six
    and so on.
