anything you can safely and comfortable accomplish, without lifting weight. lol I have some small dumbells I use and I’ve wanted to practice yoga….but now I can’t even bend over!!!

its a good cardio vascular excecise that is non impact and uses almost all of the bodys muscles.
Yoga and walking.. best exercise without any risk
