For Women:what’s The Best Exercise To Decrease Your Bust Size?

I want to go down from a D cup to a C, maybe a B, this summer. My basic routine involves biking and some cardio. Which tones everywhere, except my bust line. One friend suggest weights, which seems practical, but I don’t know where to start. And there’s co-worker that suggest dieting and more cardio. Which I think the more cardio will help, but the dieting is too much,( I’m 5′9 & 132 pounds). So, any ideas or sites that can help me out ?

You don’t need to diet. Your bust size is genetic most of the time. And what you have is what you have. There’s no going down unless you were a heavy overweight person who needs to lose weight.
But that doesn’t sound like the case here. Your weight is already low enough.
Yes you can target certain areas using weights to lose weight.
Your pectoral muscles are under your breast tissue which is made up of milk ducs and fat.
Perhaps you could do bench presses and butterflies( hold a weight in each hand, lay on a weight bench or floor, hold them out to your sides and back in) or even push ups would benefit that area. I used to lift weights and nothing ever happened or changed my breast size.
    Sorry.

You can’t decrease your bust size by doing exercises. If you starve yourself (which I DO NOT RECOMMEND) your bust size will get smaller. You can always think about doing plastic surgery. If you’re that tall and thin, you may be getting back problems from the extra weight. If you get it decreased and people ask about it, tell them that it was giving you back problems. Just make sure that you get a qualified surgeon.

Lifting weights will just build the muscle and maybe make them look bigger. I’ve always lost weight in my boobs first, but you don’t sound like you need to lose weight!
You might just have a D cup!

If you lose weight overall, the boobs are the first thing to go.
Just keep doing what you’re doing, mix it up with a lot more cardio and weight lifting.

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
