What Is A Good Routine (both Eating & Exercise) To Tone Up And Lose My Stomach?

I’m a very petite 22 year old woman. I’m trying to get my shape back. I’m not fat or trying to lose lots of pounds. ( I weigh 110). I just want to tone up. The only thing I want to go down is my stomach. Therefore, I am trying to tone (with a focus on my abs and toning my legs and arms). I want to get back to my six pack! I have been through 4 years of college and my weight picked up. Please give me some advice/routine. Things like what I should eat for my meals, exercise routines,etc. I’m trying to get ready for Miami in April. Help me out.

    Just excerise and drink protein! or you can just do crunches

    There’s no such thing as spot reduction meaning you cant just lose extra weight on your stomach alone. Some parts of the body just accumulate fat easier. Where the fat accumulates first is genetic. Lose weight and then your tummy will follow. Be patient though, the parts that accumulate fat first are also the ones that lose fat last. So do lots of cardio workout (about 4-5 times a week). Also do 10-15minute ab workouts. About the diet, just eat less than what you burn. Good luck!
