I Want Toned Armss?! Like This?

hey
im ashley and im 16 and would like to get toned arms like this
its just i have problems in trying to get the toned like “dent” in the top part of the arm like in this picture?
anyone kno any ideas on exercises to do to get them like that? links?

    hey im 16 too
    from my experience i found that its best to use dumbbells (even if they’re light) and do exercizes with them. you can hold one in each hand and curl them up, lifting them quickly but slowly letting your arms come back down. after doing these for awhile, you can also hold them and swing your arms back and forth, as if you are running. lastly, hold them with your arms extended downward and slowly lift your arms up and out. these ones are most important to get the “dent” like in the picture.
    also, do push ups/ pull ups! i like to go to the gym and use the weight-assisted pull-up machine but you can easily do pushups at home. these tone your entire upper-arm so make sure you get the most out of the exercize.

    There are different ways to work out. Each way has its oun muscle and oun result. Such as there are ways to build muscle and there are ways to define the muscle you already have.First to define your arms like you want you should be working out but instead of using a lot of weight and doing a normal amount of reps. You should go to a lighter weight and add a lot of reps to your sesion. You could also do a lot of push ups if you don’t want to go to a gym and don’t have any weights.Start with about 100 to 200 push ups spread through out a day. If you decide that that is easy you can add more to your daily rutine. Do this every other day. Just remember the burning sesation in your arms is the result of muscle wear and recovery.     Try working your triceps with a tricep pull down. Dont try benching because you might hurt yourself, but try curls. Find what weight isnt too heavy and do alot of consecutive repetitions. Over time, you will notice results.

    Arm exercises. Use light weights. Do bicep and tricep curls.
