How Do I Tone Up? Im A Women By The Way.?

I’m 30, and i want a firm butt, slim legs and a flat stomach, but NOT a six pack. Also could i have an exercise plan for my 16 and 12 year old daughters?

    well maybe dancing is the best for a 12yr old…they bodies aren’t developed and gooing to a gym or formal exercise could do more harm than good
    maybe you could go salsa classes ?

    u should swim…..that works best for me and for everyone, and u should go on a diet that has less carbs and fat but more nutrients otherwise

    look not to sound bad but sex is a great way to get in shape you be the one on top and do all the work it works alot of muscle just like it does for a man in charge, and hit the gym up and also its hard to get a 12 year old to work out you may wont to start them out rideing a bike easy things and the 16 perfect age but they are 16 go go go so keeping them in a work out plan o no lol about 17 they will wont the body they now 18 is comeing college things like that.
