Does Anyone Know A Really Good Exercise For That Flabby Part Under Your Upper Arm That Women Tend To Get?

I want to get rid of that part that resembles the fold of skin on a turkey’s throat. When I wave, I would like for my hand to be the only part waving! So if anyone has any great tips as to how to reduce that flab, I would appreciate it.

get a 15 or 20lb dumbell and put it behing ur head while standing and using two hands, slowly pull it up, till ur arms are straight in the air parallel to ur body, and dip it down towards your back/butt,

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.health-thin.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

I have boring news for you: diet and exercise. Say it ain’t so! Well you can attack it gradually and I promise you will see results! If you are not overweight, try taking something a little bit heavy (say 5 lbs) and hold it straight over your head. Then, keeping upper arms still, bend your elbows so the weight goes behind your head, and repeat … till you look like Popeye. Kidding! Women can’t get big muscles! Just tone it up a bit. Try that for 2 weeks, make sure to rest if it gets sore. Also for more ideas try Yahoo search “tricep exercise”.
