Ab Exercises For Woman ?

i’d like to tone my stomach more for the summer , and i need some ab exercises.
BUT, i dont want a big bulky manly six pack, ahah,
i just want to lenghten and tone, and strenghthen.
and tips ?

    Here is a list of abs exercises.
    Airbike
    Cross Body Crunch
    Decline Oblique Crunch
    Decline Reverse Crunch
    Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise
    Hanging Leg Raise
    Hanging Knee Raise To The Side
    You can find full instructions with video clips at the link below. Choose at least 3 different types, some are more advanced, so do the easier ones to start with, and don’t be concerned about becoming too muscular.
