Need Help Finding Different Types Of Exercises!?

im trying to set up a workout schedule for my girl friend
im real big on lifting but i dont know many exercises that focus on sliming and burning fat for women
my goals are to slim and tone the abs / obliques
get rid of fat on the arm and back
strengthen the ankles and wrist
and create thick strong legs and big butt
i need advice on which exercises could help do this or where i could find more info on them

    burning fat in general is cardio exercises (running, biking, roller blading, swimming, maybe some high-energy dancing)
    just lifting weights (arm curls, that type of thing) a couple times a week made my arms more muscled, which made it seem like they were less fat….if she wants muscle, have her lift 5-10 pound weights for a while. they wont be bulging muscles like a guy’s, but itll turn fat to muscle.
