for biceps do preacher curls or free standing dumbell/barbell reps.
triceps do cable pull downs or skull crushers (the name is worse than it sounds)
you don’t really need to worry about your forearms.
do low weights and high reps to tone muscles and high weight low reps to build muscles. you should not train to failure if you want to tone.

    push up, with your hands close to your chest. the wide hands is for chest. or weight lifting
