Strength Training?
I know you arent supposed to train a certain part everyday and Ive been doing upper body one day, lower body the next day and then it goes on like that. I do ab exercises everyday. Would it be better if I did something like
Monday: upper
Tuesday: lower
Wednesday: abs
Thurs: upper
Fri:lower
Sat:Abs
Sun:upper
Or will I get just as good/better results doing it the way Im doing it now?

Splitting the upper and lower is a good idea, but you still need to look at rest days. Do weighted sit up etc for the abs, and give them a rest some days.
That schedule will work. Just make sure you eat a healthy diet w/ plenty of protein and do cardio too to get better results.
