How To Slim Your Legs Down?

I’m trying to shape up but I tend to put most of my weight in by backside & legs (I’m a woman) – my legs are quite muscular too. What exercises will slim them down without adding further muscle or even reduce the muscle there?

    I’m the same, i have a flat stomach and get those two “abs lines” quite easily when exercising a bit but like many women my lower body is where most of my “trouble areas” are : big fat *** and “strong” thighs and calves especially… I hear you.
    Well, there’s not many secrets. Appropriate workouts! Personnally i’ve been trying Victoria Johnson’s Thin Thighs Program and have been obtaining great results so far!
    It’s also full of nutrition tips and clothing tricks to make your legs appear more slender.
    I recommand it.

    swimming is your best bet, it won’t bulk them out like walking or jogging.
