What Are Some Good Exercises For A 30 Year Old Female Trying To Tone Up The Body?

I am 5′7 and 140lbs. I’m not really trying to loose any weight I just want to tone up my body so that it looks tight and not saggy and I start to turn into an old woman. (’I'll be 31 on Feb 27)
I have started light jogging and doing sit ups and have tried push ups but have discovered that I am not physically able to do one. I have started by doing about 5 stove push ups. (leaning against the stove and pushing up) and I have been doing a couple of coffee table push ups. (sitting with my back to the coffee table with arms behind me pushing up and down)
Is there anything else I could be doing to tone up my body? I don’t have time to go to a gym so all of my exercises have to be done at home or outside.
Thanks
