    sexual activity IS exercise so i don’t understand it, it’s much better than doing suicides/wind drills

    its to maintain energy levels so you can perform at your best both in training and i competition

    I lift 5 days a week, and still have sex whenever I want, It doesn’t seem to affect my training.

    Probably to get you totally focused. They usually do that before championship games in basketball. It will help you keep totally focused.
    The cheerleaders dont help…

    The original idea behind this is years old and possibly not true. Back in the day, trainers believed that sexual activity released hormones that send a message of satisfaction to the brain. Their thinking was, if you are satisfied, you are not as aggressive to win the big game. Whether true or not, there are still several trainers who believe it.
