Question To Women Who Exercise. How Often And How Long Do You Work Out For?

What do you do? Aerobics, weights, walking, etc?? Please state your age (or at least a good approximate age) thanks a lot.

    I try to get to the gym four days a week. I do some form of cardio every time, for 30-40 minutes, making sure to get to my target heart rate. ( usually running on the treadmill and the elipitical machine) Then, once a week I do weight/resistance for my legs and once a week I do the same for upper body. Every time I go I do at least 5 minutes of ab work as well. Usually spend 1 to 1 1/2 hours a visit. I am 31 years old.

    i gym 4days a week,i do weight training on my arms,one day,my legs one day of the week,rest of days i do cardio,i walk on incline,i run,i cycle and i step,aerobics is good,exhausting,cardio is best for loosing weight,weight training is perfect for tone,keeps you strong,I’m 24 yrs old,gym for bout 1-2hours.
