What’s A Good Book On Strength/weight Training For Women?

I want something that’s going to give me example workouts (not just how to do single exercises) I can do at the gym. I’m not really interested in books that also have diet advice but those suggestions okay as long as the bulk of the book is about exercising.

Instead of a book why not try a dvd, then you can do the exercises at home or at the gym and you will know exactly how to do them. I started the biggest loser workout dvd every night, it has a sculpt and define portion that I love, I have been doing this since Dec and I am really toning up, infact I got into a pair of jeans this week that I have not been able to get on for yrs! I am so excited!! As far as the dieting part I have just cut my portions in half, I slam the water and I snack on fruits and veggies thru out the day. Hope this helps ya!
