Swimming both givs you a cardio work out and builds / tones muscle. If you can’t do that, I’D SAY RUN AND DO YOGA as a substitute.
Strength training will tone you up, cardio will help you burn off the extra fat. I don’t know any specific names but you can just start out lifting small weights and find your limits, then gradually push those limits over time.
