What Are Some Good Exercises For Women?

I’m a teen and I want to get my body in better shape; mostly my stomach and legs. Any info or websites would be great. Thanks!

    You know the exercises the p.e. teacher makes you do before the running, like the stretching excuses, those are the best ones. Keep doing those, even at home.

    I can’t tell people this enough. A balancing ball is the best way to really target your core. Try Core Secrets. And as for total body toning try Denise Austin’s Hit the Spot Pilates. You can prob get it from the library. Also, cutting pop out of your diet and drinking more water is always helpful.
