Weight Lifting Exercises For Women?

I’m just wondering if you guys have any good exercises that promote muscle, mainly in the arms, shoulders or back.

    Hello Michelle,
    If you are looking to promote muscle growth in those specific areas, here are a few tried and tested exercises:
    Pull-ups-Target: Back, biceps, shoulders
    Triangle Pushups-Target:Triceps
    Alternating Dumbbell Curls-Target:Biceps, forearms
