My dad has lost 26 pounds by just reversing his diet, I’ve lost about 22 but I have to work like a horse to budge a bloody pound off. He doesn’t exercise at all, I get at least 45 minutes of exercise a day.
Why is it that men lose weight faster than women?

I am trying to lose weight and tone up, I do fine in the beginning when I first start working out, but I get bored and end up slacking off. I am in a wedding in August and need to get serious about it. Any suggestions for staying motivated and successfully losing the weight?
