What Are Some Good Toning Exercises For Women?

I’m losing quite a bit of weight and I’m very worried my skin will sag. Right now I am 20 years old, so theoretically, I should be able to get my skin to stretch back to where it should be, but I’m still worried it won’t.
What can I do for toning up my arms, legs, and stomach so I can help my skin go where it needs to?
Thanks in advance!

Pilates is the best whole body toner as it tones, sculpts, strengthens and stretches your muscles (in the arms, abs, back, thighs) to make them stronger, tighter and in sexier shapes.
Then a round of cardio exercise 3-4 times per week will tighten your skin too as it increases oxygen supply to your cells, increases your blood circulation and hasten removal of toxins from your body.

I was overweight by 28 lbs. Brisk Walking helped me lose weight and I still have a tone body and flat tummy, depsite my age and having two kids.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and be active , you will not have problem losing some weight.
    Details are in my blog

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.greatgiftsyes.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 4.97$ shipping and handling.

All of these answers are great! Toning comes with eating the right foods, and exercise.

    good toning exercises? Jogging.
The act of “toning” is simply reducing your bodyfat and revealing muscles. So cardio is your answer.
