How Does Exercise Affect Women Hormonally? Is It As Similar As The Way It Affects Men Or Completely Different?

We all know that exercise can naturally boosts anabolic hormones (like Testosterone and HGH) and can reduce the levels fo stress hormones (like Cortsol) in males which has many health benefits. Do the same hormonal changes happen to women just on a lower scale than men? I know that women have Testosterone too and it has a role to play but surely the females hormones should have a positive role when it comes to exercise.
