    Exercises to tone the lower body are typically targeted at 4 areas: Legs, Butt, Hip and Thigh. For most of us women these are the problem areas and the way to firm them up is through strength training (both freestyle and with equipment). These exercises include:
    - Squats
    - Lunges
    - Deadlifts
    - Leg Extensions
    - Leg Curls
    - Hip Adductions
    - Calf Raises

    Squats are the single best exercise for the lower body.
